Building Components: This new tenant build-out, located on Lake Drive in Milwaukee, included a customized waiting room, reception area, examination rooms, doctor’s offices, nurse’s station and other needed areas. Crew members were also responsible for controlling noise and dust so as not to distrub the other tenants in the Professional Office Building of Columbia St. Mary’s.

Self-Performed Work: Carpentry, cabinetry, doors, frames and hardware.
